Last minute preparations

We're back at the office a little earlier in the evening, just before Michael takes Fred back to the hotel. The long project meeting has just finished.

It's nearly 6.30 p.m. Most of the staff are on their way home. Michael is preparing to take Fred back to his hotel and thinking about what's required for the meeting with Havelock.
